The hardworking Amazon representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife PhD, today marked the birth of Jesus Christ in different ways, but most spectacular was her encounter with kids in Awka, Anambra State.
According to the Most Distinguished Senator, “Christmas is a period of celebration and demonstration of love. Significantly, the birth of Jesus Christ as a child in Bethlehem highlighted Children as an important part of the celebration.”
Many children across business clusters and religious institutions visited by the senator’s customized Santa Claus were so delighted with the show of love and kindness that they danced and prayed for God’s continual blessings upon the ranking Lawmaker.
Gift items were distributed within the capital territory at locations like St. Lawrence Chaplaincy Awka, Eke Awka Square, St. Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral, Awka, St. Matthew Catholic Parish, Amawbia, St. Peter’s Parish, Amawbia, Amaeyi market square, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Awka amongst other areas too numerous to mention.
