The Labour Party gubernatorial candidate in Abia State has been declared winner of the long awaited election result in the area.
Dr Alex Otti of Labour Party polled 175,467 votes to defeat Okey Ahiwe of PDP who scored 88,529 votes.
This is coming after days of collation which was suspended due to reported cases of irregularities.
