The highly anticipated Nnobi APC Wards 1, 2, and 3 Homecoming celebration, which took place on March 8th, has been hailed as a resounding success.
The event, which was designed to strengthen ties with the community and promote the APC party’s agenda ideals and objectives, exceeded expectations in every way.
In attendance were notable party leaders, including the Local Government Party Chairman Chief Sunday Obidigbo and his Executives who graced the occasion with his presence. The State Chairman, who was represented bythe State Assistant Secretary Engr.Sam Osita Oraegbunam (Ozo Ocha) addressed the gathering via telephone.
In his telephone address which was hyped through the microphone, the Chairman Chief Ejidike emphasized the importance of unity and cooperation among party members. His words of encouragement and motivation resonated deeply with the APC party faithfuls in Idemili South Local Govt. Area.
The homecoming celebration was a testament to the party’s commitment to grassroots development and its dedication to engaging with the community and local government area at Large.
By fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity, the APC has demonstrated its ability to bring people together and promote a shared vision for the future and connecting to the Renewed Hope Agenda of our President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.
As Nnobi APC Wards 1, 2, and 3 continue to grow and thrive, this homecoming event will be remembered as a pivotal moment in the party’s history. The Events Conveners led by Sir Obiora Okpala KSC. spoke of the Renewed enthusiasm and a strengthened sense of purpose in the party and thanked the party members who are now more united than ever and ready to win elections in their polling units.
The former Deputy Gubernatorial candidate of the party in the last 2022 Anambra elections Barr. Emeka Okafor (Ide Nnobi) urged the three APC Wards of Nnobi to stay more united to face the challenges ahead and work towards a brighter future for the party and the community.
He appreciated the efforts of the people for their doggedness in keeping the party’s flag flying and praised their renewed energy in promoting the party ideology. He further stated that the Reforms of Mr President is yielding fruits and the hardships will soon give way to a Renewed Hope like the current reduction in fuel price to #900 across the states.
Dr Uche Ezenwile ‘Akooma Nnobi’ reiterated how the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr President has tripled the Federal Government FAAC Allocation system giving more money to the states for accelerated development and that the people should hold governors who are not performing accountable because more money is coming to the States and local government areas.
In her speech the APC State Women Welfare Officer Amb.Mrs Nonye Ndinechi urged the National Working Committee of the party and APC Anambra state leadership to give us an acceptable candidate that will receive a statewide acceptance so that the incumbent can be chased out of the Government House through the upcoming governorship elections.
The leader of the Valiant Movement a campaign group of Chief Valentine Ozigbo a governorship aspirant, Amb. Bishop Okoronkwo spoke with an unhindered excitement on what he saw at the Nnobi homecoming event.
He tasked the party leaders present at the event to send a message to the party leadership to do the needful by selecting the right candidate to fly the APC party colours in the coming elections and that Chief Valentine Ozigbo is eminently qualified to carry the mantle.
The Chairmen of the 3 APC Wards of Nnobi Chief Onyeka Nzewi (Odenigbo) Ward 1, Comrade Echezona Ibe Ward 2 and Hon O.N.P Okigbo (Igwe Odenjiji) of Ward 3 in their various speeches reiterated their readiness to work above capacity and expectations to win elections for APC in Nnobi.
Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu Ikukuoma Ndi Igbo who was represented at the home coming event by Hon, Chief, Chinedu Ezionwu (Ezechinechendo Ojoto) gave the organisers of the event a very laudable applause for putting up an event of this magnitude within a short period and tasked other APC Wards in Idemili South as well as other APC groups across the state not to wait for candidates but to use the platforms of the party to sensitise the Anambra public about APCs readiness to take over the Anambra state government house citing the great Reforms our dear President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration has embarked on.
He brought a goodwill message from His Principal Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu and his readiness to win the November 6 elections for the party if given the ticket. Ikukuoma appreciated the 3 Wards of Nnobi with a well loaded package and urged them to support his quest to fly the party colours in the upcoming elections.
A community leader, a retired Deputy Director of the Central Bank of Nigeria and an APC party stalwart in Nnobi Chief Chidi Ezenyi (Ichie Ezeudoka) gave the Vote of Thanks. In his brief Speech he thanked the party leadership especially the State Chairman who in his busy schedule still made out time to address the party members of our great party APC Nnobi chapter and Idemili South, partly represented by it’s Executive officers.
The Nnobi community is located in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria and has strongly keyed into the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
