Addressing attendees at the ceremony, Onyeze expressed his commitment to leading the ACCORD Party to a resounding victory in the forthcoming election. He emphasized that the Certificate of Return symbolizes not just a personal achievement but a collective mandate to restore Anambra State’s security, economic viability, and social stability. “This is a mandate to reclaim our beloved state from the grip of insecurity and economic stagnation,” he stated.

Onyeze also extended his gratitude to the party’s leadership for conducting a transparent and fair electoral process. He praised the internal democracy within the ACCORD Party, highlighting it as a model for political conduct in Nigeria. “The party’s internal democracy sets a new standard in Anambra politics and demonstrates that hope is not lost for a better political culture,” he noted.

Concluding his remarks, Onyeze reaffirmed his dedication to leading a grassroots-driven campaign focused on unity, inclusiveness, and development. He called on party members and supporters to rally together, stating,

“Together, we will win this election and usher in a new era of purposeful governance for Anambra State.”
