The Director General of the South-East Governors Forum, Senator Uche Ekwunife, CON, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Most Rev. Paulinus Chukwuemeka Ezeokafor on the occasion of his 18th Episcopal Consecration Anniversary as the Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese.
