The State Chairman of the Action People’s Party (APP), Hon. Chukwujiokem Okeke (Enyioha), has extended warm December greetings to party faithful and residents of Anambra State, calling for heightened wisdom, vigilance, and responsible celebration throughout the festive season.

In his new month message, Okeke described December as a period of love, reflection, and family reunions, but also one that requires caution and moderation. He urged citizens, both those at home and those travelling, to remain security conscious, avoid unnecessary late-night movements, and promptly report suspicious activities.

The APP Chairman advised families, especially breadwinners, to plan wisely, celebrate responsibly, and manage resources prudently to avoid financial strain in the New Year. He emphasized that Christmas should not be seen as a competition but as a time to appreciate God’s grace and protect family wellbeing.

Okeke further called on government at all levels to intensify security efforts across highways, motor parks, markets, and communities, noting that the heavy movement of travellers during the festive period demands increased vigilance and protection for residents.

He specifically urged Governor Chukwuma Soludo to swiftly address the rising wave of insecurity in the state, stressing that good governance remains the key to resourcefulness, stability, and peaceful coexistence among Ndi Anambra. According to him, tackling security challenges should remain a top priority as the state prepares for increased activities during the yuletide.

Enyioha appealed for renewed commitment to peace, unity, and community development, expressing optimism that Anambra can build a safer and more prosperous future through collective effort.

Hon. Chukwujiokem Okeke wished Ndi Anambra a joyful December and a smooth transition into 2026.
