The Chief Executive Officer of First Choice Afro Villa Ltd and Mburubu Construction Company, Chief Dr. Jerry Patrick Onuokaibe, has pledged his unending support to the administration of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah.
In a post made by Onuokaibe on Monday, which he circulated across all social media platforms, he stated that his company, First Choice Afro Villa Ltd, is vehemently in support of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah’s administration, as it has provided leadership with audacious vision to ndị Enugu, which has made what may seem impossible become possible.
He posited that Governor Mbah’s construction of 260 smart green schools in the state, of which his community, Mburubu, is a major beneficiary, 260 Type Two primary health centres, with Mburubu also a beneficiary, as well as the ongoing construction of the Nara–Mburubu–Nomeh Road, which is over 60% completed, are indications that he is doing well, and as a son of Mburubu and a progressive citizen of Enugu State, he is in support of his administration.
Chief Onuokaibe also stated that the issue of water being speculated is something the state government has worked on and achieved significant improvement, as his residence in Enugu, which rarely had water supply before, can now boast of constant water.
He also praised Governor Mbah’s Enugu Air initiative, where he said he flies the aircraft twice a week, calling it a 21st-century achievement.
Dr. Onuokaibe further stated that his real estate company, First Choice Afro Villa, which owns Papilo Villa Estate in Iva Valley, First Choice Estate in Agbogazi Nike, among others, is flourishing because of the safe environment provided by the administration of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah across the state, adding that the company is proud to be associated with the Governor, while also affirming that his administration will drive Enugu’s development agenda for eight years before handing it over to someone else who will continue the vision.

“Me and my beautiful wife, Lilian Onyinye Onuokaibe, pledge our support for the good governance of Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for the 260 smart green schools in Enugu State, with Mburubu Ward as a beneficiary, 260 Type Two primary health centres across the wards, with Mburubu Ward as beneficiaries, Nara–Mburubu–Nomeh Road construction project at 50% finished, Mburubu–Nkerefi Road project 50% completed. I am a beneficiary of the Enugu State water scheme in my Liberty Estate Phase 1 residence. I fly Enugu Air twice every week. Enugu State has never seen it like this before. The projects are not AI-generated but are very open for everyone to see. My real estate projects are very active because of the safe environment across the state. We are proud of our Governor, and we shall see how blessed Enugu State will be after eight years, as progress continues, communities grow, investors gain confidence, jobs expand, infrastructure improves, and development reaches every corner of the state for our people.”
