Senator Uche Ekwunife has congratulated Dr. Ify Chinwuko on her remarkable academic milestones and her emergence as the 8th National Vice President of the Philippines Graduates Association of Nigeria (PHILGRAN), describing her as a woman of vision, resilience and exceptional leadership.
Dr. Chinwuko was unanimously elected during the association’s National Convention held in Enugu; a development Senator Ekwunife said reflects the overwhelming confidence and admiration PHILGRAN members have for her competence, integrity and leadership capacity.
According to Ekwunife, Dr. Chinwuko’s academic journey, which includes degrees in Accountancy and Public Administration from reputable institutions in the Philippines and a recently earned Ph.D in Public Administration from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, stands as a testament to her intellectual depth, determination and commitment to lifelong excellence.
The Senator also highlighted Dr. Chinwuko’s strategic contributions to her political structure over the years. She noted that as Director of Constituency Projects, Welfare, and Coordinator of the SUE Special Outings, Dr. Chinwuko has consistently demonstrated reliability, organizational strength and unwavering loyalty; qualities she described as invaluable.
Ekwunife further recalled Dr. Chinwuko’s service as National Treasurer of PHILGRAN, where she displayed noteworthy accountability and humility. She expressed confidence that Dr. Chinwuko’s new role as National Vice President will usher in greater innovation, value and vision for the association.
She described the elevation as not only a personal victory for Dr. Chinwuko but also a celebration of excellence, resilience and leadership worthy of national recognition.
