The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced Tuesday, March 24, 2026, as the date for the screening of aspirants seeking to contest for various national offices at its forthcoming National Convention.
In an official notice issued by the Aspirants’ Screening Committee, all party members who have duly purchased and submitted their Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms are expected to appear for the exercise in person.
The screening is scheduled to hold at the Transcorp Hilton Abuja by 9:00 a.m. According to the committee, aspirants are required to arrive promptly with all relevant supporting documents for verification, stressing that attendance is mandatory for all qualified contestants.
The statement, signed by the Secretary of the Screening Committee, H.E Isa Yuguda, also provided contact lines for further enquiries.
The screening exercise forms a critical part of the build-up to the APC National Convention, where new national officers of the ruling party are expected to emerge ahead of the next general election cycle.
