…Charges members, mothers especially, to be prayerful

It was yet another exciting encounter with Senator Uche Ekwunife CON today as her LGA and Ward coordinators smiled home with different types of gift items.
The meeting which was held at Senator Uche Ekwunife Event Center Awka on Wednesday focused on temporary restructuring of the campaign council, as well as strengthening and encouraging members for their steadfastness.
In her remarks, Senator Uche Ekwunife expressed satisfaction with the massive response to her call and urged the coordinators to double efforts towards grassroots sensitization.
She announced former Member Anambra State House of Assembly and former Commissioner Lands and Survey Hon KG Enemuo as her new campaign Director General, Chief Edwin Ubboh PG Emeritus Agulu Town Union, returned as Campaign Chairman, former Chief Whip Anambra State House of Assembly Hon Chuba Oranusi as Secretary, Hon Ify Chinwuko Former Director General, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and present Administrative Secretary, Nigerian American Chamber of Commerce, Anambra State Chapter, was returned as Director of Welfare.
Also appointed as campaign officers were Mr Joe Muonago who was elevated from LGA coordinator to the State Campaign Directorate, Ebuka Okeke Director Logistics, Celestine Mmaduagwu, coordinator Anaocha LGA. Solomon Obieki from LGA youth leader to coordinator Njikoka LGA.
The new appointees were directed to liaise with critical stakeholders in their various constituencies and embark on massive sensitization of the electorates, with a view to expanding the organic followers of the senator, while ensuring that each opportunity created by her trickles down to the grassroots.
The senator equally enjoined members to be more prayerful, particularly mothers, noting that any prayerful family is a blessed and prosperous family.
SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS;
Obiageli Obi from Dunukofia was named as the best coordinator, followed by Kenneth Udedibia from Awka North.
The gift items shared to the coordinators today include: a bag of rice each, among other gift items like Sewing Machines, industrial Grinding Machines, Standing Fans, etc, with a stipend to convey the items home and defray logistics concerns.
The new DG Hon KG Enemuo who spoke on behalf of his team gave assurances of the team’s capacity, credibility and readiness to run a result-oriented campaign, by deploying strategies that are practical, tested and effective.
Chief Chuba Oranusi, Hon Ify Chinwuko and other appointees that spoke earlier were unanimous in extolling the excellent virtues of Senator Uche Ekwunife, while pledging unalloyed commitment towards her political projects at all levels.
