The Labour Party Senator Kingibe Ireti Heebah representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Senatorial District in the 10th National Assembly has facilitated about 3000 employment opportunities for his constituents from the National Commission for the Co-ordination and Control of the Proliferation of Small Arms, Ammunitions and Light Weapons (NATCOM).
This is a welcome development considering the situation of the country and the need to create more jobs for the teeming unemployed youths, with a view to reducing poverty, crimes, and to help stabilize the economy by growing the country’s GDP.
Senator Ireti kingibe has by this singular action demonstrated uncommon passion for human capital development; a gesture that is worthy of emulation.
