The prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) Awka has just taken delivery of an ultramodern skill acquisition center from the Most Distinguished Senator Uche Ekwunife CON.
Powered independently by a high-tech and reliable solar system, this skill acquisition center ranks among the most prominent vocational facilities in the history of South-East region and Nigeria as a whole.
Senator Uche Ekwunife was accompanied to the unveiling ceremony by the Director General Senator Uche Ekwunife Campaign Organization, former Member Anambra State House of Assembly, former Commissioner Ministry of Lands, Hon Chief KG Enemuo, Director Welfare Hon Mrs Ify Chinwuko, Director Operations Mr Ebuka Okeke, some eminent Awka Chiefs led by Engr. Law Offordile, LGA Campaign Coordinators, among others.
Other esteemed personalities present at the event were the Clergy, Catholic Women Organization, students and other prominent guests.
This is coming as the Vice Chancellor of the institution Prof Charles Esimone was hosted by the students in a valedictory service organized in his honour today.
